The hotel had a great view of the industrial landscape and the nearby opencast mines, which added a certain charm to the stay. The property also offered a range of sports facilities, from ball games to all-terrain scooters, perfect for a posh lady like me.
Such a shame that the room didn't match the hotel's luxurious image. Dirty carpets, cheap furniture, and malfunctioning shower head.

The free WiFi worked perfectly, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to all attractions including Jezeri Chateau - I had a perfect weekend and will definitely come back here.

The wifi worked well and parking was available. The location was convenient, although not very lively. Breakfast was good and served early. The staff were helpful and spoke English and German. The rooms were comfortable and had a fridge. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the spa offered affordable sports massages.

The central location of this hotel in Most's city center was perfect for getting around on the tram line. I loved being within an urban development with a shortage of car parking spaces, as it made everything easily accessible. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were very modern and comfortable.
All was well.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the easy access to public transportation, which allowed me to explore the city with no heavy traffic. The breakfast offered a variety of options and I appreciated the early serving time. In addition, the hotel provided free and strong Wi-Fi.
My room lacked cleanliness and the furnishings were outdated. The hallway leading to my room was narrow and poorly lit, making it difficult to navigate. Furthermore, the room was often cold, as there was no thermostat to control the temperature.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city square. It was convenient for exploring the area and there were plenty of nearby attractions. The wifi at the hotel was also excellent, with a strong and reliable connection throughout my stay. the parking space provided by the hotel was a great convenience, as it saved the hassle of finding parking elsewhere.
The room itself was a bit outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. The decor, particularly in the bathroom, was a bit dark and gloomy.

The room we had at Hotel Cascade wasvery comfy and tidy with a fine view of the Hnevin castle. We were impressed that it was well-equipped, even providing a hairdryer. The hotel's location in the city centre was excellent, close to the tourist information and a mall. We appreciated having the option to dine at the hotel restaurant when we were hungry and didn't have time to explore. The localisation was a big plus for us.

The hotel had flawless WiFi, ample parking space, and a prime location at the main city square. the staff, most of whom were kind, were quick to rectify any mistakes or problems with the room. One male staff member even personally checked where my car was parked and provided related advice. the spacious reception area offered a 24-hour service where I could buy cold drinks, and the restaurant/bar served delicious dishes, including a steak/pasta combination as the special of the day. the check-in process was smooth, and the room was large and well-equipped, even offering two English TV channels. it made for a brief but comfortable stay.
